The purpose of this Power Point Presentation developed by the FAASTeam is to provide guidance and regulations for the Model Aircraft Pilot. The FAASTeam, or FAA Safety Team, is dedicated to improving the Nation’s aviation accident rate by conveying safety principles and practices through training, outreach, and education; while establishing partnerships and encouraging the continual growth of a positive safety culture within the aviation community. Together, the AMA and FAA continue to establish appropriate safety guidelines for all sUAS hobbyists.
